Brian is very knowledgeable and brings a wealth of experience evidenced through the practical examples that he uses to either demonstrate or explain concepts that he is trying to teach. He is very open minded and accommodating and easy to relate to and interacting with him leaves one feeling empowered and inspired to be better and to do better.

He is able to have hard conversations that help one reflect and move past hurdle that stop one from being the best one can be. He is a great facilitator who is always aware of and is able to establish the needs of the people he training/coaching and this enables him to provide training/coaching that is appropriate and he is always willing the provide any support that is required to see people succeed in their journeys.
